Ground Clearance LLC is a cost effective outsource.
Fees charged are $43.00 per name searched. D.C., and North Dakota, and Delaware are a higher rate. $2.00 per page fee for liens discovered is charged with the exceptions of Delaware, Nevada, and Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and DC which have increased per page fees. Fees may change without notice.
Lien searches in 2011 have averaged $112.00 each. That's a fair price for a good nights sleep!
UCC’s are filed on the debtor in the United States, not the equipment, so the cost of the search is the same for one or one hundred pieces of equipment.
The process is simple. Click
Search request form, fill in the boxes and click “submit”. The “Other information” area is for whatever you want us to know – the specific equipment, or additional names or places to search.
Tax liens and judgments are most often filed separate from other UCCs. Additional fees will apply if these are searched. This fee may be different from the UCC fee.
