You only need this if you want Ground Clearance to contact creditors for you.
If you cannot download the form, contact us and we will fax or e-mail a copy to you.
The legal owner of the equipment needs to sign the document before sending it. If anyone other than the legal owner of the equipment signs the document, Ground Clearance will not be held liable for any legal issues stemming from the action.
This is not a power of attorney. This form only authorizes Ground Clearance to contact secured creditors for potential debt on only the equipment listed.
If there is debt, it allows the creditor to accept payment from the buyer in order to release the lien on the specific equipment.
